How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your data associated with Kapalibhakt (including data collected via Facebook/WhatsApp Login or interaction), please follow these steps:
- Send an Email: Compose an email to Kapalibhakt@gmail.com.
- Subject Line: Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request - [Your Phone Number/Email]".
- Content: In the body of the email, please clearly state that you are requesting the deletion of your account and personal data from our systems. Please include the phone number or email address associated with your account.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours.
- We will process the deletion of your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records (such as invoice data for tax purposes).
- We will notify you once the deletion process is complete.
